Acupuncture for depression
In a Cochrane review of 7104 participants, they found that acupuncture:

manual (and electro‐) may moderately reduce the severity of depression by end of treatment

associated with a small reduction in the severity of depression of 1.69 points on the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) by end of treatment

acupuncture and medication is highly beneficial in reducing the severity of depression by end of treatment

may confer small benefit in reducing the severity of depression by end of treatment, versus medication
Acupuncture for anxiety
A systematic review published in 2018 found that all 13 included studies for acupuncture and anxiety “reported an anxiety decrease for their treatment group relative to the control groups.”
Acupuncture for stress
In a 2020 Randomised Controlled Trial they "demonstrated the feasibility of the acupuncture in persons with increased stress levels"
Acupuncture for PTSD
An RCT of fifty-five service members found that acupuncture was effective for reducing PTSD symptoms and also associated with significantly greater improvements in depression, pain, and physical and mental health functioning
