In a 2023 study of acupuncture for endometriosis-associated pain they found

"Acupuncture is an effective and safe method of relieving dysmenorrhea, shortening the pain duration, and improving wellbeing and quality of life in women with endometriosis-associated pain"

2022 research on acupuncture for PCOS:
"combining acupuncture with other medicines can effectively improve:

the clinical pregnancy rate

ovulation rate,

reduce luteinizing hormone/follicle-stimulating hormone ratio,

homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance,

and body mass index.
Further, when compared with no intervention, acupuncture had a better effect in promoting the recovery of the menstrual cycle. Acupuncture was reported to cause no adverse events or some adverse events without serious harm"
Acupuncture for PMS or PMDD.
In the same way, I didn't realize about painful periods the same is said for excessive premenstrual syndromes such as anger, depression, and bloating.

There is some amazing evidence for acupuncture supporting menopausal symptoms:

Hot flushes: in a 2015 study of 869 women they found "acupuncture improves hot flash frequency and severity, menopause-related symptoms, and quality of life (in the vasomotor domain) in women experiencing natural menopause."
Acupuncture in Hertfordshire
I live in Hitchin, Hertfordshire with my two daughters and two dogs, however, I have lived in many parts of Hertfordshire during my 42 years; both in East Hertfordshire and North Hertfordshire.

It is a beautiful county that I feel really lucky to now explore with my job because as a mobile acupuncturist in Hertfordshire, I conduct my appointments from the comfort of your home.

Hi, I am Andrea Dewhurst your mobile acupuncturist in Hertfordshire.
I have three years, of degree-level training, in acupuncture and I have a wide interest in treating the human body and conditions. This can include pain, gynaecological conditions, and skin and mental health.
When you get acupuncture from me you know you are using a qualified, licensed, regulated and insured acupuncturist with whom you can be confident. I use sterile single-use needles which are inserted into chosen acupuncture points in the body, based on your diagnosis.
