About the event

We would be delighted if you could join us for our perimenopause and nutrition walk and talk.

The event is hosted by Andrea Dewhurst (@theperiodacupuncturist) and Sarah Tomlin (@sarahtomlin_iheartnutrition)

We will be meeting at The Three Moorhens at 9am

Sarah Tomlin who I recorded my Taking the P video with on nutrition for perimenopause and I are inviting people to join us at The Three Moorhens for a walk and talk.  The walk will start at 9am.  Children are unfortunately not allowed (but babes in arms are welcome) but please bring friends and friendly and well-trained dogs.

You will get a chance to meet people who are experiencing perimenopausal symptoms, interested in finding guidance and support to help them, or even just want to find a community of women in a similar life space.

Children are unfortunately not allowed to ensure women can switch off / chat without worrying about their kids or someone elses! We do however welcome babes in arms if they are in a carrier.

Can I bring my dog?

Well behaved dogs who love people and other dogs are welcome. Please make sure you bring a lead for your dog as we may come across livestock on some of our routes. Please also be mindful that some people don't love dogs or may have had a bad experience with one so ensure your dog is welcome to say hello before he/she does so!

What should I bring with me?

Please check the weather and wear appropriate clothing and shoes.

How long?

The walk will be approximately 45-60 minutes and we will start and end at the Three Moorhens

Please check with the local area for parking restrictions and make sure you abide by any parking enforcements.
